This session looks at how you build solid sales models that will adapt to changing business environments. It will focus on the skills and knowledge you need to build a sales and lead generation plan to grow your business no matter what.
At the end of the session attendees will be able to:
- Understand the differences between sales and marketing and how they are interlinked
- Identify and outline a sales model for their business
- Be able to turn that model into a working strategy for developing sales leads in different circumstances and business environments
- Create a strategy and budget for sales
- Know when to delegate the sales function and how to train others to maintain the company sales function.
