Severe weather can bring a stressful situation to you and your family. Here are some things you can do after the storm hits:

What to do if you have storm damage:

Check forecast to make sure weather threat has ended.
Call 911 if you have significant storm damage. This would include:
Downed trees on a home or vehicle.
Downed trees on power lines.
Downed power lines.
Significant storm damage to your home from wind/hail that makes your home unsafe to enter.
Any medical emergency.
Check on your neighbors!
If there is a power outage, use flashlights instead of candles.
Take photos to document damage for insurance purposes.
