Jacquelyn Williams suffers from several medical conditions and she is non-verbal. She was last seen on 07/22/2019 at noon, in the area of Irving Park Rd and Wise Rd in Hanover Park. She left on foot and was last seen wearing glasses, a black and white blouse, jeans, and black shoes. Jacquelyn is 5’05, 222 lbs, brown eyes, and has black hair wrapped in a dark blue bandana.
