Permits & Licenses
All dogs and cats must have a Village animal license. Absolutely no tags will be issued without a valid certificate of rabies vaccination from a veterinarian. Animals are not permitted to run at large in the Village.
The current fee for a pet license is $5 and can be obtained through the Finance Office. Senior citizens (age 65 or older) qualify for a free animal tag. Contact the Finance Department at 630-823-5790 for further details.
Commuter Lot Permits
Parking Permits for the Commuter Parking Lot are available through the Finance Department. Application forms are available in our office. Monthly permits are $35.
Daily Metered parking is also available. The $1.75 fee must be deposited in one of the meters located on the west wall of the commuter station. You are responsible for entering the correct space number. Failure to enter the correct parking space # may result in a Parking Citation being issued.
Metra riders may also pay for daily parking through our newly implemented smartphone application. Users can get started by downloading the free Passport Parking app for iOS or Android devices. Hanover Park's Zone # 60133.

Non Hanover Park residents can request a hearing by mail by filling out the Non-Resident Request for Hearing by Mail ( Parking Ticket) form found under the Police Department.
